Ingredients –
-Cleaned Anchovy (Mandeli) Fish – 250g
-Sliced Onions – 2 Medium
-Crushed Garlic – 25 Cloves
-Choped Coriander Leaves
-Curry Leaves – 12-15 leaves
-Fine Chopped Tomatoes – 3 Medium
-Chilli Powder – 1 Tbsp
-Turmeric – 1/2 Tbsp
-Salt – As per taste.
-Water – 1 cup (140 ml)
-Refined Oil – 6-8 Tbsp
Process –
-Add all the ingredient’s in a pan except water & fish
-Mix the ingredient’s well
-Add fish in mixture & marinate
-Add water
-Cover & Cook for 5 minutes on High Flame
-Open the lid & stir softly
- Cover Again & Cook for 5 minutes on high flame
-Mandeli sukka is ready to eat.
